• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• If holding a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (ుల‑hand‑on component). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test performed within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
