- Oversee everything that happens during your shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, and profitability – ensuring the store runs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized image, perfect brand standards, and great customer service.
- Manage attendance and punctuality for the crew; provide reliable spørg transportation to and from work.
- Utilize the marketing channel for promotions to increase profitability.

Qualifications- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients and manage walk‑in cooler inventory.
- Prepare product and process telephone orders.
- Complete inventory paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility at least daily.
- Orient and train new hires on the job.
- Strong communication skills – accurate written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly and accurately.
- Give correct monetary change.
- Process orders via phone, computer keyboard, or touchscreen.
- Demonstrate motor coordination for precise, rapid movements.
