Glenn Aire is a well‑established HVAC company serving Granbury and the surrounding area. We currently have an opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The right candidate will possess high‑level qualifications, solid communication skills, and a desire to continue learning and staying up‑to‑date with the latest technology. Responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and fittings and completing work on or below the budgeted labor hours, as outlined by the installation supervisor. Maintain required levels of truck stock items. Perform other job duties as required.

40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, overtime as required.

Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Be proficient in all HVAC install levels and possess the necessary tools
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
