Four Pillars Hospice is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable PRN Registered Nurse to join our team.

📍 Four Pillars Hospice | Granbury, TX

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and facilities
• Manage pain and symptoms with a comfort-focused approach
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Support and educate families with clarity and compassion
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Active RN license in Texas
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• A heart for serving others with empathy and presence
• Flexibility and reliability in a PRN role
