We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead shop fabrication operations for a respected company in Granbury, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and a professional work environment.

• Supervise and lead shop fabrication of HVAC sheet metal systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate workflow and manage daily production schedules
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain strict quality control procedures
• Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies

• Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and installation standards
• Ability to read blueprints and manage production timelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
