Certified Nurse Aide – CNA – $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This full‑time position is located in Granbury, TX and offers a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for a limited number of candidates from 11/12/2025 to 12/12/2025.

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and restocking supplies.
• Support resident mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents using assistive devices.
• Accurately document vital information such as vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning, turning and repositioning residents to ensure comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement by leading range‑of‑motion exercises and providing reality orientation as directed.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated self‑discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding of the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
