• Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed, under nurse supervision
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs
• Manage medication supply and pharmacy accounting
• Provide personal care needs, safety, and comfort for residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (wardrobe, hygiene, mobility)
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents
• Assist in dining: escorting residents, serving, and cleanup

• Preferred: six months working in a retirement community setting
• Certification: CMA a plus, not required
• Language:
  English reading, writing, and communication
• Personal qualities: caring, organized, and able to multi‑task
