Position: This Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position with Talented Medical Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment in Granbury, TX. The role requires prior Cath Lab experience, certification, and a willingness to travel, with benefits including competitive pay, housing assistance, and dedicated support.
This is a travel contract position, and candidates must reside 50 miles or more outside of Granbury, TX to qualify.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Assist physicians during catheterization and interventional procedures.
- Participate in continuous education and training programs.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs during procedures.
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets and objectives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
- Utilize data to assess and improve procedural efficiency.
- ARRT or RCIS Certification in cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience required.
- Texas Medical Board Radiology Tech License
- BLS, ACLS (AHA OR ARC accepted)
- Travel Experience
- EMR- MEDHOST
- Proven experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and imaging techniques.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Ability to monitor and assess patient vital signs effectively.
- Ability to set and achieve personal performance goals.
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining imaging equipment.
- Willingness to engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
