Position: This Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position with Talented Medical Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment in Granbury, TX. The role requires prior Cath Lab experience, certification, and a willingness to travel, with benefits including competitive pay, housing assistance, and dedicated support.

This is a travel contract position, and candidates must reside 50 miles or more outside of Granbury, TX to qualify.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Assist physicians during catheterization and interventional procedures.
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs during procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental targets and objectives.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
  • Utilize data to assess and improve procedural efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
  • ARRT or RCIS Certification in cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience required.
  • Texas Medical Board Radiology Tech License
  • BLS, ACLS (AHA OR ARC accepted)
  • Travel Experience
  • EMR- MEDHOST
  • Proven experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and imaging techniques.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to monitor and assess patient vital signs effectively.
  • Ability to set and achieve personal performance goals.
  • Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining imaging equipment.
  • Willingness to engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
