Overview
Location:
DFW-based (travel required depending on role)
Whiskey Morning Coffee is hiring independent, reliable event staff to represent our brand at markets, festivals, and large-scale events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working solo, engaging with customers, and being on the road.
What You’ll Do- Represent Whiskey Morning Coffee at events
- Serve coffee samples and sell bagged coffee
- Pick up coffee and event equipment in Tolar, TX
- Drive to events, set up booth, run the event, and break down afterward
- Return unsold coffee and equipment the following week
- Work independently for the full duration of each event
- Saturday & Sunday events around the DFW area
- Larger events within 3 hours of DFW
- Typically 3–4 day shows
- Travel across the country
- Per diem provided for food, lodging, and travel
- Some shows last up to 25 consecutive days
- Ideal for candidates who enjoy travel and longer runs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working 8–10 hour event days
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and professional
- Able to commit to schedules at least one month in advance
- Comfortable working alone and managing an entire booth
- $20–$30/hour (based on experience and event type)
- Commission on sales
- Per diem provided for travel roles
