As a Master Technician at Shottenkirk Automotive Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. You will demonstrate exceptional technical skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on vehicles
- Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments and repairs
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for efficient and effective service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems
- Strong technical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certifications preferred
