Core Data Specialists

Role:
Performs a variety of routine maintenance in core systems, input new loans, scan documents, administration duties in Workflow, and provide support and troubleshooting to employees with core processes, while maintaining accuracy and operating within bank policies.

• 60%:
  Perform banking system maintenance to all accounts, new loans setup, complete loan renewals in core, enter in all journal entries and adjustments, scan important documents, and perform administrative duties in Workflow. Have an understanding of core systems and processes to be able to provide support and troubleshooting to bank employees. Maintenance, scanning of all important documents.
• 30%:
  Perform daily data verification in core systems. Print appropriate reports, statements, and notices. 5% Keeps management informed of operational issues affecting the bank's software.
• 5%:
  Maintains proper storage procedures for maintenance documentation and audit purposes.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
