We are looking for talented people to join our sales team at our headquarters in Granada.
Welcome to Nucleoo:Imagine collaborating with a team of more than 100 professionals across two countries, with offices in Granada, Madrid, and Amsterdam.
We are looking for a responsible person to cover the Andalusia territory, especially focusing on finding potential clients and closing proposals in Granada and surrounding areas.
Your day to day:- Support and implement the sales cycle with effective strategies, working together with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Plan commercial activity and carry out frequent visits to existing and potential clients.
- Actively generate qualified leads and follow them through until closing the sale.
- Act as a brand ambassador at points of sale (SMEs and freelancers), focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Adopt a proactive attitude to promote and showcase our services and their benefits.
- Provide a service that ensures an excellent customer experience and high‑quality interactions.
- Maintain an attitude and behavior aligned with our constant pursuit of excellence in our services.
- Professionalism and results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Availability to travel throughout Andalusia and have your own vehicle.
- Languages:
Native Spanish and a good level of English is a plus. - Interest in technology and AI: no technical background required, but an understanding of the impact of artificial intelligence in today’s world.
- Communication skills: you enjoy talking with people, building connections, and presenting ideas clearly.
- Ambition and proactivity: you take initiative in your workflow.
- Minimum experience: 2–3 years as a sales representative/commercial professional.
- Education: preferably higher education (Vocational Training, Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, etc.).
- Important: knowledge of the commercial environment in Granada and surrounding areas.
- Dynamic environment: you will work in a growing company with national and international clients.
