Your Role:
Senior SAP Success Factors Integration and Cloud Technology Consultant

As our new Senior SAP Success Factors Integration and Cloud Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and support that matter.

We are looking for skilled and highly motivated consultants with technical skills to build a team who can develop the best‑in‑class implementation methodologies, integrations, extensions and packaged solutions. You will have a central role in solution design and implementation of the latest technology from SAP Success Factors, SAP Cloud, Integration tools, Intelligent Services and HCM Analytics. If you have long experience with SAP Success Factors integrations and would like to take on this technical and personal challenge, we strongly encourage you to take the leap right now!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the integration lead
  for our customers and contact for integration related queries and developments.
• Lead implementations and provide support for Integrations and other SAP Cloud technology
  deliveries, with opportunities to expand into other areas based on your expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver end-to‑end projects
  —from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure successful project delivery
  and high customer satisfaction by building holistic, well‑functioning solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new releases and proactively suggesting improvements.

Who You Are

You’re curious about people and passionate about technology and have strong communication skills. You’ve already delivered integrations in Success Factors projects and know what it takes to turn complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working closely with clients and other team members. Most of all, you’re eager to keep learning and growing while sharing your knowledge with others.
