What You'll Do

• Diagnose, sell, and complete residential and light commercial electrical service jobs
• Identify additional opportunities to serve customers and generate revenue
• Deliver quality work that you can stand behind
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates

What We're Looking For

• Licensed electrician or highly experienced technician
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong sense of personal accountability and pride in your work
• A self-starter who's comfortable with flexible pay based on performance
• Someone who thrives when the better they do, the more they earn
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation Structure Example

• Base Pay:
  Competitive hourly wage to ensure a steady income
• Commission:
  Percentage of all revenue you generate above a weekly threshold (we'll go over exact numbers in the interview)
