Rehab Clerical Aide Lead

Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Acts as a resource to employees, including training/orienting and providing day-to-day work direction;
Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress and accuracy of work; directs efforts and provides guidance on more complex issues;
Assists in development, revision, and maintenance of policies and procedures;
Performs reception/clerical duties and registration, scheduling, cashiering, admitting and follow-up of patients to ensure efficient care;
Coordinates patient appointments and maintains department files and records
