Thrifty White Pharmacy does not offer a role that simply involves filling and checking scripts. This position is for pharmacists who wish to provide clinical services and practice at the top of their license.
Primary Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
- Championing Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx and assisting with enrolling patients.
- Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
- Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
- Developing and following up on long‑term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted‑living residences.
- Identifying LTC and specialty business opportunities and communicating them with Marketers.
- Dispensing medications, related supplies, and providing all clinical pharmacy services.

Qualifications- A pharmacy license, or the ability to obtain one without any federal sanctions.
