Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager

Hours: 5 days out of 7, 8:am – 4:pm
Pay: £. per hour

Location: Gosport

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning and housekeeping operations. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, has strong leadership skills, and can manage a team effectively.

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping and cleaning team
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Organise staff rotas, workloads, and cover for absences
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Carry out regular quality checks and inspections
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including stock control
• Ensure all health & safety and hygiene regulations are followed
• Respond promptly to any cleaning or housekeeping issues

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some weekends if required
