• Respond to technical queries related to parts provision and usage on aircraft.
• Review Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in response to changes in Programme Baselines and advise on spare parts modifications.
• Analyse technical documentation to find alternative solutions for long‑lead‑time spares orders.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Support (LSA and Technical Publications) team to ensure timely updates to the Aircraft Documentation Set.
• Mentor team members in effectively utilising technical information.
• Conduct reviews of Maintenance Task Analysis documentation and Vendor data for programme‑specific Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).

• Practical experience with Aviation Mechanical/Avionic systems or Synthetic Training Devices.
• Background in Supply Chain Support Engineering or Product Support.
• Knowledge of Logistics Support Analysis.
• Eligibility for UK SC security clearance.

• Understanding of Support Engineering in military environments.
• Familiarity with Aircraft Drawing sets and Technical Drawings.
• Experience in authoring Support Product documentation.
• Degree level education or similar in a relevant Engineering subject is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and suppliers.
• Knowledge of international support standards like Def Stan 00‑600 and ASD/AIA Suite of S Series ILS Specifications is advantageous.
