Compensation

• Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour, meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
