Merchandiser – Goshen, Indiana

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as needed.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; transport of products is not required.
• Use a company‑issued phone with an app to clock in/out for shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

• Full‑time
• 6:00 am until work is finished
• 5 shifts per week; weekends required
• Flexibility to work overtime/holidays as needed

We seek a self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working independently. You should be excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products, and should take pride in your work and be detail‑oriented.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

• Pay starting at $19.23 per hour, increasing to $20.22 per hour 6 months after the 6‑month anniversary.
