The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates us from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, the ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts vary; typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment (computer, cash register, etc.).
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training.
• Operate necessary equipment (dolly, handtruck, forklift, etc.).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Perform all physical activities quickly and safely.
