Metal Production Associate - Packing Line

The Metal Packing Line Associate will be a key member of our Metal Production Team. This individual will produce and pack our product with focus on precision and quality.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities: (These requirements are in addition to any and all Viewrail employment requirements and policies.)

• Packing of different shapes of product
• Building wooden crates and cardboard boxes
• Operation of screw gun and various hand tools
• Operation of automatic conveyors and banders
• 2 ton lift crane operation
• All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry
• Capable of consistently lifting up to 50 lbs independently and participating in coordinated team lifts for heavier loads (100+ lbs)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or safety
• Proven manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to efficiently process and package materials according to organizational standards
• Eagerness to cross-train to support operational needs
