This is a full-time, on-site Machinist position located in Goshen, IN. The Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to precisely create parts and instruments. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings and specifications, performing routine maintenance of machines, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Machinist will work closely with team members to maintain production schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

• Proficiency in machine operation, such as CNC machines and lathes
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Experience in troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance of machining equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to machining and production
• Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain accuracy and adhere to quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production schedules
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or machining is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; vocational or technical training is advantageous
