We are seeking dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of equipment including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment/tables, shaking equipment/tables, coilers, blenders, and scales. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ovens.
• Work on melters, furnaces, water cooling systems, vibratory and shaking equipment, coilers, blenders, and scales.
• Utilize skills in electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a high standard of work ethic.

• 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience, including PMs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oven troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Safety-minded with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• 2-year electrical certification or 10+ years of industrial electrical experience with 480v.
• Ability to read ladder logic, check inputs/outputs, and make minor PLC edits.
• PLC troubleshooting and editing skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, IN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
