Multi Craft Maintenance Technician Job Description
We are seeking dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of equipment including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment/tables, shaking equipment/tables, coilers, blenders, and scales. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ovens.
- Work on melters, furnaces, water cooling systems, vibratory and shaking equipment, coilers, blenders, and scales.
- Utilize skills in electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a high standard of work ethic.
- 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience, including PMs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oven troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Safety-minded with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-year electrical certification or 10+ years of industrial electrical experience with 480v.
- Ability to read ladder logic, check inputs/outputs, and make minor PLC edits.
- PLC troubleshooting and editing skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
