We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Specialist to join our team full time at our on-site facility in Goshen, IN. This position involves the maintenance, repair, and operation of tools and dies with a focus on ensuring optimal production efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving tooling issues, machining components as needed, and supporting ongoing projects to meet production goals.

Additionally, the role includes providing technical guidance and training to team members to uphold quality and safety standards.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with tools and dies
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance
• Experience in training and mentoring team members
• Skilled in machining techniques and using related equipment
• Solid understanding of metal stamping and die design is highly beneficial
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant training preferred
