Process Saw Operator

Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as Process Saw Operators at our Goshen, Indiana location.

Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. We are committed to positively contributing to the community and providing creative and meaningful work.

Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year
. We also pay a $120 bi‑weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.

An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. They must have an ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick math tasks, while focusing on safety. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
