WhatYou will Get
The Leader in Training Program allows Lippert Leadership to develop the skills of future leaders in all areas of the manufacturing environment. The Leader Trainee will gain exposure to the tools, thought processes, and support systems required to design and implement new strategies within Lippert. Curriculum utilized during the program will provide a roadmap that introduces each Leader Trainee to the infrastructure that Lippert strives for and has been built upon.

Working ConditionsThree to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor s degree in one of the following areas is preferred:

Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager.
TravelLocal travel is required for this position.
If this is for a non-Indiana location, the candidate will possibility relocate to Indiana for the period of the LIT training program.
PreferredEducation and Experience
Three to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor s degree in preferred area.
Work Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
