Greencroft Goshen is hiring a Maintenance Line I - Seasonal Summer Help to help keep our campus buildings and apartments in great condition. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, fixing things, and staying active.
What You’ll Do- Complete general maintenance repairs and work orders
- Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations (demo, drywall, trim, carpentry)
- Help residents with move‑ins and move‑outs
- Assist with event set‑up and tear‑down
- Transport supplies across campus using golf carts
- Support other maintenance projects as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic carpentry and repair skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems helpful
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Stable, full-time position
