We are currently recruiting for Campus Support positions to cover evenings, overnights and weekends at our Goshen.
- Responsible for overall safety and security during weekday evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and clients and coordinate emergency procedures, if/when needed.
- Provide support, assistance and monitoring of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
- Facilitate crisis admissions of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
- Respond to conflict situations using verbal and physical techniques as needed.
- Maintain paper and electronic documentation.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- BA/BS in social services or human services preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
- Effectively communicate in person or over the telephone with employees, clients and community members.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move objects up to 40 lbs.
- Visual and auditory ability to monitor a busy care environment.
