We are currently recruiting for Campus Support positions to cover evenings, overnights and weekends at our Goshen.

• Responsible for overall safety and security during weekday evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and clients and coordinate emergency procedures, if/when needed.
• Provide support, assistance and monitoring of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
• Facilitate crisis admissions of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
• Respond to conflict situations using verbal and physical techniques as needed.
• Maintain paper and electronic documentation.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• BA/BS in social services or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
• Effectively communicate in person or over the telephone with employees, clients and community members.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move objects up to 40 lbs.
• Visual and auditory ability to monitor a busy care environment.
