What You’ll Do as a Mobile Response Team Leader
  • Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the crisis team in Elkhart County.
  • Ensure that the service delivery is in line with the grant requirements, SAMHSA s best practice toolkit for crisis care, and the certified community behavioral health center (CCBHC) criterion.
  • Assist in strategic planning and process mapping activities for planning development.
  • Ensure program activities include sound clinical practices and evidenced-based tools and outcome measurement.
  • Collaborates extensively with existing teams and departments to ensure successful program development.
  • Provides communication across departments to ensure efficient and integrated service delivery within Oaklawn.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work, LCSW or LCAC preferred
  • 3-5 years of management or leadership in behavioral health. 1-2 years’ experience in emergency or crisis care. Experience working with data and/or reporting is also preferred.
