• Practice full-scope optometry and provide comprehensive eye care services for patients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the practice’s goals by supporting personal and professional development.

• Base annual salary range: $150,000 to $170,000.
• Monthly incentive bonus plan averaging $1,000 to $1,500.
• Phantom equity with total potential annual earnings up to $200,000.
• Comprehensive benefits include medical and dental coverage, three weeks of paid time off, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
• Generous retention bonus of $10,000 to $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.
