• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities
• Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour

• Have experience working with children, ideally in a primary school environment
• Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about helping children succeed
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Hold relevant childcare or education qualifications (or be willing to work towards them)
