• Lead the design and construction phases, managing relationships with technical teams and external partners.
• Oversee contractual relationships with tier one building contractors and enabling works providers.
• Develop business cases, control budgets, and ensure compliance with NHP Hospital 2.0 standards and the Building Safety Act.
• Drive value engineering, manage claims and disputes, and minimize disruption to clinical services.
• Champion health and safety, training, and professional development for all staff involved.
