Een grote retailoptiekorganisatie in Gorinchem zoekt een HR-Adviseur om essentiële HR-processen te optimaliseren. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers, ondersteun je leidinggevenden en zorg je voor een uitstekende employee experience. Je werkt samen met HR-collega's en speelt een cruciale rol in de begeleiding van onboarding en HR-communicatie. Katholieke vaardigheden en ervaring in een HR-omgeving zijn essentieel.
