Goodwill Northern New England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support outlet operations in Gorham, Maine.
Job SummaryAs the Assistant Outlet Store Manager, you will assist the Outlet Manager with hiring, team building, day‑to‑day store personnel management, achieve the sales plan, control expenses, protect company assets, and ensure Goodwill’s mission is positively shared with customers.

Responsibilities• Assist the Outlet Manager with hiring, team building, and schedule management.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to meet sales and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protect assets.
• Foster a positive customer and employee experience aligned with Goodwill’s mission.
- Three years of retail experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Customer‑centered with strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, business ethics, and sound business practices.
- Ability to adapt in a growing and changing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound decision‑making ability.
- Goal‑oriented, results‑driven, and highly motivated to lead others.
