We're hiring experienced welders for  
** immediate openings on day shift
** in the  
** Greater Portland area** . Our client is a  
** well-established fabrication plant
** that values  
** quality craftsmanship, safety, and precision** . These positions offer competitive pay of  **$24-30 per hour
** and are  
** temp-to-hire with full-time hours + overtime.*
* These are  
** hands-on, detail-focused welding roles** - not production line jobs. You'll be working on  
** custom fabrications, using your full range of skills

** Typical daily duties:*
* + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

+ Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding (1G-3G)

+ Prep and finish work using clamps, jigs, grinders, and power tools

* What we're looking for:

* + 3-5 years of welding experience with proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW

+ Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude

+ Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
