Elementary Principal
Village Elementary School, Gorham’s smallest elementary school of approximately 390 K-5 students, is seeking a dynamic educational leader to join its team as Principal.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Build strong collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community at-large
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills working with multiple constituencies
- Show passion for academic excellence through student‑centered learning and standards‑based education
- Maintain a solid work ethic and reflective, confident leadership consistent with Gorham’s core values and vision
- Hold appropriate MDOE certification (experience preferred)
