We are a growing food retail and bakery brand looking to bring on board a Head of Retail Operations who can take long-term ownership of our stores, teams, and customer experience as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with frontline teams, understands store realities, and believes in building strong systems, consistency, and culture over time. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping how the brand is experienced across outlets.

The role involves overseeing daily store operations, developing store teams and managers, ensuring product and service standards, and steadily improving execution. As we grow, you will also contribute to setting up and standardising processes for future franchise outlets.

This is a hands-on leadership role with regular presence across stores.
