• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by performing work according to Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large scale rack refrigeration experience.
• Type I/Type II or EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction‑related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or 4 years experience in similar field.
• Mechanical license in the city and/or state where job is located (preferred).

Individual compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, level of job offer, and other factors. Eligible for bonus incentive.
