Maintenance Director Pinewood Square

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Director at our Pinewood Square community in Goose Creek to preserve the good condition and functionality of an Assisted Living community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, etc. A Maintenance Director is a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

• Perform maintenance tasks of varying scope (e.g., painting, HVAC installations, landscaping) to preserve the condition and functionality of the community.
• Work autonomously and responsibly while observing health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

• Prefer two years of related maintenance experience and formal training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing, and/or cleaning.
• Ability to perform general maintenance repairs, problem solve, plan, organize, communicate, and cooperate with others.
• Must have a valid state driver s license and/or CDL depending on property requirements and state laws.
• Ability to safely drive and operate a van or larger vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism.
• Ability to seek out new methods and incorporate them into existing maintenance practices.
• Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions.
