Job Summary:

This position is responsible for interacting with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives, and performing assigned tasks, while providing legendary customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%):
As a Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

Required Qualifications:

No experience required. Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Preferred

Skills:

Pet/live animal knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution.

Working Conditions:

Indoor environment with moderate noise, hard surfaces, shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

Non-sedentary role requiring stamina and ability to move throughout the store, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment safely.
