DaVita is seeking a nurse who will provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center, making an exceptional difference in the lives of patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. The role supports our mission to be the provider, partner, and employer of choice.

• No dialysis experience required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• Flexible schedule – must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work as part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support of PCTs to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSN, or a three‑year diploma may be substituted).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, Med‑Surg, or Certified Nephrology Nurse / Certified Dialysis Nurse is helpful but not required.
