Assist in the production, installation, operation, testing, and process operations of naval ships and defense technology solutions.

• Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate semi‑skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience, and job knowledge.
• Train employees to improve the quality and quantity of work performed.
• Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assist in developing training procedures.
• Translate broad strategies into practical action plans and ensure employees are trained to execute them.
• Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings, procedures, and related documentation.
• Monitor job and budget performance for all shifts.

• BS/Apprentice with at least 4 years of production supervisory experience, OR
• Non‑BS/Non‑Apprentice with at least 6 years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience.

• Additional certifications or experience relevant to shipbuilding.
