Production Trainer

The RolePerforms on‑the‑job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records, and may monitor trainees.
Must Have- High School/GED and five years of additional education and/or experience.
- Marine electrical experience (absence of voltage, electrostatic discharge, and arc flash).
- Marine electrician general safety and procedures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Full‑time;
Shift: 1st;
Travel: 10%‑25% of the time. - Relocation assistance will be available. Telework not eligible.
