Overview

Griswold Home Care is a non-medical home care agency serving Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton, and Dorchester counties. We are looking for hourly caregivers for shifts throughout the Tri-County area. If you are professional, reliable, qualified, and passionate about helping seniors or people with disabilities, let's talk!

• Jamestown area hourly caregivers are needed ASAP
• Shifts run anywhere from 2 to 6 hours

• Competitive rates
• Clients are willing to pay anywhere from $18 to $25 per hour
• Paid weekly via check or direct deposit

• Choose the home care opportunities that suit you. Our coordinators let you know upfront the client’s needs and desired schedule
• Coordinators will refer you to cases that meet your skill set
• Flexible hours (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends) – you pick the days and hours that fit your schedule
• Clients can be referred to you on a permanent or fill-in basis

Personal Care;
Light housekeeping;
Companionship;
Transportation and/or errands;
Safety supervision;
Independence training;
Lifting;
Transfers (equipment provided, as needed);
Meal prep;
Medication reminders

• Ability to be compassionate, patient, and sympathetic towards others
• Desire to have a fulfilling career
• Clean background (zero tolerance policy)
• Proof of 2-step PPD or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test
• 4–5 references (personal and professional)
• Copies of photo /driver's license and social security
• 10-year driving record and auto insurance (if providing transportation)
