Overview

Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is currently looking for SAP Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Functional Lead Analyst to join their Functional team. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4/Hana technology. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement and support SAP.

Preference is for candidate to live in Seattle, St. Louis, or Philadelphia area but will consider anyone who lives near a Boeing facility in the USA. Must be a US Person to apply (Green Card holder or US Citizen).

• Responsible for leading end to end Activate project activities including requirements validation, workshops, development of functional design, design functional and UAT test scripts, and assisting with training development as part of SAP deployment and support
• Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, coordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives, cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems
• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation
• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
• Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
• Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams
• Define requirements and designs and verify robust architecture data and information management systems and components across SAP and non-SAP systems. Establish design constraints and ensure architecture conforms to requirements. Assess the feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives based on SAP and industry best practices.
