A Community Support Organization is seeking a dedicated Night Duty Worker in Goole to support vulnerable residents aged 16-25 in a supported housing environment. Responsibilities include managing the building's security, assisting residents with advice, and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of young people's needs and experience in conflict management. This is a 30 hours per week role with a shift pattern over 7 days offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
