General Production Operative

General Production Operatives – Howden Site

We are recruiting for General Production Operatives on our day shift (06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday). The role is based at our Howden site.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks, Production) to see through manufacturing of bedroom components, stock and units, picking and packing of stock, and loading and dispatch of complete orders.
• Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department.
• Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager.
• Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.

• Warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Organisational skills.
• Time management.
• Flexibility, commitment and punctuality.
