Senior Finance Consultant/Executive Search @ T2M Resourcing - Recruiting across the UK and Globally

T2M Resourcing is working on behalf of a successful global market leader who has an opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, partner closely with key decision-makers, and help shape the financial direction of the organisation.

As Commercial Accountant you will be reporting to the Head of FP&A & Business Partnering and responsible for:

• Supporting the FP&A and wider Finance team in driving profitable growth
• Developing and managing an effective rolling forecast process
• Leading the annual budget and strategic planning cycles
• Preparing insightful reporting, analysis and commentary to clearly explain performance
• Creating and presenting financial models to support business decisions
• Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and automation of reporting
• Conducting ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modelling

To be successful as Commercial Accountant you will have the following skills and experience:

• Part Qualified, Finalist or Newly Qualified, ACCA, CIMA, ACA
• Has experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role
• Ideally has experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing
• Can lead and model forecasting and budgeting processes confidently
• Is comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders
• Has strong analytical skills and is confident in Excel and Power Point
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
• Is organised, collaborative, and calm under pressure
