We are looking for a highly organized and hungry Engineering and Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join an established team. This role will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Engineering Team to ensure seamless coordination across engineering and manufacturing operations.

• Provide hands-on support to engineering and manufacturing teams across daily operations and project activities.
• Coordinate technical documentation, schedules, and resource planning.
• Assist in monitoring production processes and engineering workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering changes, manufacturing data, and quality reports.

• Solid engineering background (degree or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a similar support or coordination role within engineering and/or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/manufacturing software.

• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality standards.
